We have such a diverse group of participants that we work with each week and strive to provide them with the best experience every time - the AllAbilitiesDanz experience! We have ladies, gentlemen, children, teenagers, seniors of all stages of life participating in our classes. These guys all dance to the same songs and choreography and modify it to suit their needs, fitness levels and to work around any injuries.
